SCN Hospitality is a privately owned hospitality firm based in Rochester, NY. Founded in 2013 by Josh and Jenna Miles, SCN Hospitality began as a dream to bring Southern hospitality to Western NY. Hailing from Greenville, SC, Josh Miles relocated to Rochester after five years at The Sanctuary on Kiawah Island, SC. After years of working in local restaurants, Josh and Jenna made their vision of a restaurant honoring the food and hospitality of the South a reality with The Revelry. Since then, they’ve owned and operated more than a dozen restaurants and hotels in Western New York. SCN Hospitality currently oversees six unique restaurant concepts, with two projects in the works. 

Jeremy Nucelli is the executive chef of SCN Hospitality, and has more than two decades of experience in professional kitchens in NYC and Rochester. Josh and Jeremy have worked together for a decade. 

Chelsea began with SCN in 2014 as a General Manager. She then directed a multi-million dollar event program at The Strathallan Hotel. She has opened five restaurants with SCN and as VP, currently oversees 6 restaurants and 300+ employees.

 

Zack & Josh united in 2011 while Josh was dreaming up The Revelry.  Josh instantly was enamored with Zack’s fun-loving, kind, boisterous & engaging personality; not to mention his acumen as a bartender.  Zack uprooted his life from Buffalo in 2011 and has been by our side since.
